  • Do I accept returns?
    No sorry, at this stage I do not accept returns.
  • For international orders, what is the difference between rolled up delivery and shipped on the frame?
    Rolled up delivery is when I carefully remove the canvas from the frame and roll it up and place it in a tube for delivery. This significantly reduces the shipping cost. Once you receive the order you can then either frame the canvas yourself at home, or you can get a professional framing service to frame the canvas. Shipped on the frame is when I ship the artwork still attached to the frame which is more expensive due to the size. All orders with be tracked and signature will be required on delivery.
  • Do I ship internationally and how much does shipping cost?
    Yes I do. I have two options for international orders. I offer either rolled up delivery where the canvas is rolled and placed in a tube for delivery, or I can ship the artwork on its frame. Rolled up delivery is $100 NZD Shipped on the frame is $250 NZD
  • How much does shipping cost for New Zealand locations?
    Original Painting shipping: -North Island $30 -South Island $20 Fine Art Print shipping: -North Island $15 -South Island $15
  • Import Fees and Taxes
    For international shipping you may be charged additional domestic fees and taxes, this is out of my control. Please check your local regulations if you would like more information regarding this.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes absolutely! I am based in Canterbury New Zealand and I will organise the exact location with you.
  • How does it work ordering prints?
    Prints are ordered especially for you in the size you are wanting and is printed onto quality fine art paper. Please be aware because it is a print of the original the colouring might be slightly different to the original but I try to get the colours as close as I can. Custom sizes are available, please get in contact with me regarding this.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
